what do i need to have blue-tooth connectivity using the Motorola V3C?
do i need an adapter
or does it automatically wirelessly connect on my computer when the Motorola V3C is on

I’m quite sure you need wireless connectivity with your computer. I have a wireless router because I have three computers connected with a modem. My lap top connects with wireless connection. Without the wireless modem and router I wouldn’t be able to connect. Now when I am out and about I can connect to other wireless connections if the connection is open but again it’s through their wireless modem. I hope this helps. Perhaps you should contact a computer store and ask them. Doesn’t the Motorola V3C have instructions?
