We have Virgin Broadband(Aust)-The white modem that has 2g and unlimited home phone call $60plan?
my question is if you also have this package, does your internet drop out all the time? We have to continually turn the modem off and then on to use the internet (which is really handy for internet banking!) it has a display when functioning correctly ‘hspda’ and when slow ‘unts’ . Each time I ring Virgin I have to hold for at least 90mins(which is handy concidering you have a ‘fair go’ policy that cuts the phone call!)
I am not computer savvy but want to see if this is a glitch in the system or is our modem faulty?
